Santa Monica Kitchen and Bath Remodel (18th St)

Studio Haus is proud to present our collaboration with bspk design on this kitchen and bath remodel on 18th Street in Santa Monica.

The residential design firm bspk gave new life to this 1,600-square-foot townhouse from the 1960s. bspk handles every kind of residential project, from remodels to new construction, and carries each one from concept to a furnished, turnkey home. With their background in construction management, they consistently get their clients the most bang for their buck.

The Bathrooms

The bathrooms use premium wood veneers: Sand Ash in the secondary bathroom and Smoked Walnut in the master bathroom. Both use Basalto Beige for the flooring, with 2×2 tiles on the shower walls for texture, and Carrara Grigio polished quartz countertops.

Faucets and shower trims are by Grohe, and all toilets are by Toto.
