Contemporary Santa Monica Spec Home on 7th Street

Studio Haus is proud to feature bspk design inc., a full-service design company based in Santa Monica, California. Reflecting their customized approach, the name "bspk" is shorthand for the word "bespoke," meaning tailor-made. It echoes the principles behind Chris and Roman's detail-oriented, hands-on involvement in every part of their projects.

We had the pleasure of collaborating with bspk design on this single-family residence in Santa Monica. We provided all of the casework for the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as the closet build-outs.

A Unified Wood Veneer

bspk design kept a unified feel throughout the home with a premium wood veneer, Sand Ash, and set the master closet apart with a little extra bling. Sand Ash is a popular choice for anyone who loves the look of white oak cabinets.

A Minimalist Kitchen

The kitchen cabinetry stays completely minimal thanks to touch-latch hardware, with no visible pulls or knobs. All drawers are solid wood with dovetail joints and soft-close Blum hardware. bspk specified Caesarstone for the kitchen countertops, contrasting its gray with the warmth of solid walnut for the breakfast table and the floating shelves in the upper cabinets.
